These Terms of Service govern your use of the Memiria mobile application ("the app") and website at memiria.com ("the site"). By using Memiria, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Memiria. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Memiria supports sign-in via Google and Apple — keep those credentials secure.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
The memories, notes, and photos you create in Memiria are yours. You retain full ownership of your content.
By using Memiria, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service — including sending note text to our AI provider to generate your recap. We do not claim any ownership over your content and do not use it for any other purpose.
You agree not to use Memiria to:
Memiria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that AI-generated recaps will be accurate or complete.
GPS accuracy varies by device and environment. Memiria is a personal journaling tool — do not rely on it for navigation or safety-critical purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memiria and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Memiria shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past twelve months (which, for a free app, is zero).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used in a harmful way. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Memiria after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
